The artist about herself:

I mainly work with oil paintings; a spatula, apart from the paintbrush, is my favourite painting tool. It allows me to use thick layers of paint in my works (impasto). I am interested in colour and it is the base of my paintings. My love for colour stems mainly from my admiration of Impressionism and Expressionism. During the creative process I reshape phenomena that inspire me, i.e. objects, personalities, landscapes, into my own painting language and style.

Exhibitions of note:

2015 – exhibition at the ‘Pro Arte’ art gallery in Zielona Góra

2014 – post-competition exhibition at Galeria Miejska Sztuki in Częstochowa

2013 – solo exhibition at ‘Galeria Twórców “Galera”’ in Zielona Góra
